Warranty
Information
The warranty for products manufactured by
another and sold by BF Products, Inc shall be the
manufacturer's standard warranty in effect at the time of
the sale for the specific products. If such warranty
information of other manufacturers is not presented to the
buyer, it shall be made available by BF Products, Inc upon
request of the buyer. BF Products, Inc will not be liable
for consequential damages and under no circumstances will
be liable for damages that exceed the purchase price of
the goods.

This catalog is for descriptive purpose only.
Dimensions, weight, and other product characteristics may
vary slightly from what is in our catalog.
Prices
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Invoices reflect prices in effect at the time of the
shipment.
Payment
terms
Orders must be
prepaid unless prior terms are established. We accept
personal checks, cashiers checks, money orders, & most
major credit cards. We do NOT ship UPS COD. A finance
charge of 1.5% per month will be applied to all delinquent
accounts.
Shortage
All shortage claims
must be placed within thirty (30) days from original
shipment in order to be considered.
Damages
Damages for freight
claims must be placed with the carrier. Be certain to
inspect all shipments for shortages and damages prior to
signing for the shipment. If this is not done we will not
be able to help you later.
Return policy
Please call
toll-free 866-238-7715 USA & Canada to notify us of
returns, and you will be given a return merchandise
authorization number. All items must be returned within
thirty (30) days of purchase date and accompanied with
information from the original invoice or packing list.
Items must be returned in their original packing, clean
and in salable condition. All items are subject to a 10%
restocking fee. No returns on
special order items!
Shipping &
handling
Shipments under 200
pounds will usually be shipped by UPS GROUND. Shipments of
200 pounds or more will be shipped via UPS or by common
carrier which ever is most economical. For faster delivery
of stocked items, we can ship UPS Next Day or Second Day
Air.
- UPS shipments will be charged a $5.00 handling fee.
- Truck shipments, unless freight collect, will
be charged a $15.00 handling fee.
- Orders shipped via US Postal Service will be charged
a $15.00 handling fee.
