Benefits
|
BF Products PVC Coated Hex Wire has superior corrosion, rust and alkali resistance due to the double layer of protection created from the combination of PVC coating over previously galvanized wire. This dual level of protection extends the overall lifetime of the fence making it the ideal solution for anti-bird screen, greenhouse benches, poultry cages and flooring, livestock, and many more.
Another important feature of the PVC coating is that it can be cleaned, easily and thoroughly, in a relatively short period of time helping to minimize the likelihood of diseases, which is especially important when used as poultry caging. Other industries that also utilize our PVC coated hex wire include construction, chemical, breeding, garden, and food processing.
A few important features of our PVC coated hex wire include an additional support wire that runs horizontally through the length of the roll. This support wire is placed every 12 inches in height to ensure strength, durability, and stability. Other features include anti-aging properties of material, minimal color fading (if any), smooth and neat surface, and a comfortable touch. Currently, we offer this product in 5 heights, ranging from 2ft-6ft, but all sizes are 150ft in length with a 1 inch mesh and a wire diameter of 20 gauge.

Benefits
Galvanized after welding (GAW)
Rust and corrosion resistant
Less costly than PVC coated wire
Easy installation
|
BF Products galvanized wire fencing is galvanized after welding (GAW), giving this product many advantages over other wire mesh fencing that is galvanized before welding (GBW). GAW extends the lifetime of the wire fence, and protects it from rust and corrosion, though not quite as effective as PVC coating.
Another advantage to GAW is that the welded areas where the horizontal and vertical wires intersect become thoroughly galvanized adding to the strength, appearance, and durability.
One drawback to welded wire that is galvanized before welding (GBW) is the wire intersections tend to lose their galvanization during the welding process which ultimately weakens the fence and removes the rust and corrosion protection in those areas. Although these wire fences tend to be less expensive, the lifetime is significantly reduced. In the end, buying a wire fence that is GBW may actually cost you much more than investing in a quality-made galvanized after welding wire fence that lasts years without any problems.
This type of wire fencing is ideal for livestock, anti-bird screen, small animal cages, greenhouse benches, and bird pens.

Benefits
Easy installation
Weatherproof
Rust-resistant
Long-lasting

BF Products PVC coated welded wire is stronger and more durable than other galvanized welded wire. It still includes all of the rust and corrosion protection offered by the galvanized welded wire, but the extra PVC coating greatly enhances and extends this protection along with the overall lifetime of the fence. Our PVC welded wire is perfect for livestock boundaries, anti-bird screen, poultry cages, flooring, greenhouse benches, rabbit fencing, and much more.

Benefits
3x stronger and more flexible than traditional wire
Increased zinc, rust, and corrosion protection
Cross lock knot
Solid vertical stay
Deeper vertical crimp
|
Our high tensile deer fence provides an effective method for protecting properties from damage caused by deer and/or controlling the movement of deer from one place to another. The HT Deer Fence has many features specifically designed to increase its strength, flexibility, and durability. First, the high tensile wire is three times stronger and more flexible than traditional wire fencing. It is coated with a class 3 galvanization, adding to the zinc, rust, and corrosion protection.
The fence is knotted with a cross lock, which provides greater vertical and horizontal holding strength. The cross lock knot will never unravel unless the actual wire breaks, which is highly unlikely.
Other advantages include a solid vertical stay and deeper vertical crimp. The vertical stay allows the fence to stand on its own before tightening, and the added support means fewer posts between braces. And finally, the vertical crimp allows the fence to take a hit and spring back undamaged.
Given the many advantageous features of our HT Deer fence, there are many other applications for this product other than deer control. Other uses include highway rights-of-way, forest and wildlife preserves, zoological parks, and other public or private lands.
